I made four phone calls to CARDCOnnEcT/ aka Cardpointe and one email. The total required to make me whole is $1,203.79. I put a stop payment on my bank account which cost me $35.00 and was non-refundable. The strangest thing was that the transaction seemed legit until they upped their fees into the $200 and $104.95 a month range from $44.95 the rest of the two years. To have these charges continue for two years without one transaction is criminal. I would be happy for SiGNPOST and Cardconnect to split the difference each taking responsibility for their wrong-doing. They said they would not be refunding anything further. Signpost is not taking responsibility.Ĭardconnect refunded $238.94 in September and emailed me today after countless phone calls to get this rectified properly. I have spent since Augtrying to ratify this situation and get this $1407.00 refunded. The total that they billed me was 1,407.00. What I didn't realize is the CARDconnect aka CardPointe aka Clover continued to bill me even though I never used their merchant services product after November 1, 2020. When I cancelled my contract at the end of the term with SIGNPOST, NovemI cancelled via email. A company named Signpost got my business as a merchant services provider (CardConnect) and to help me get business reviews.
